Here are a few pictures from the last two weeks. Things are going great, lots of eating, pooping and not too much sleep...but life is good. Liam has already gained back to his birth weight plus a few ounces. Truett is doing pretty well, we're all still adjusting to being a family of four. And Tate has officially become Mr. Mom. Overall life is wonderful, just a little tired.

It's a Baby Boom!
4 days after I delivered Liam, our sweet friends Webb & Kristi Murphy delivered a beautiful baby boy, Carson! Kristi had a long a difficult labor, but she handled it with grace. I'm so excited to get to experience life with our boys together!
Webb, Kristi and Carson...a beautiful family!

For this child I prayed...
Proud Daddy!
My sweet, sweet family.
Truett trying to find Liam's feet and toes.
Truett meeting his little brother. He wanted to see his "wittle toes". He kept saying "he's so cute".
Proud Poppa with his 13th grandchild!
Proud Grampa!
Truett wants to hold Liam every chance he gets. I love this picture, with Liam looking up at Truett.
This is how Liam usually looks during the day...asleep!
Speaking of asleep...Tate catching up after a long night.

Almost There!!!
Tate and I went to our last Dr.'s appointment yesterday. My regular doctor is away on vacation, so we got to see his associate, which was a little weird. But I'm still at about a 2, so he thinks I'll be ready to be induced on Tuesday. That's only 6 days away! I can't believe it's almost here, the labor... the birthing... and then we'll FINALLY get to meet Liam!
Tate and I keep talking about that we can't imagine how our lives will be completely different in a moment, that everything will change. We remember saying the same kinds of things before Truett was born, and what a blessing and joy he has been! I'm a little overwhelmed with things to do before he gets here, and making sure I stay calm and "enjoyable" for those around me.
So unless something changes, we'll be up at the hospital at 5:00 am on Tuesday, ready for this new adventure! We'd love to have visitors (not at 5:00, of course), so swing by if you'd like. :)
